Influence of Sino-Western Culture Contrast on Translation,英语论文中西方文化差异对翻译的影响
摘 要:翻译既是语言的转换又是文化的载体,更是民族之间进行思想的对等交流。但因中西方国家使用不同的语言,人们在区域民族、生活习俗、宗教信仰、历史背景等方面存在文化差异,形成西方人们不同的思维方式、生活理念和价值观,导致人们对语言内涵的理解存在偏差,从而影响真正的交流。因此研究中西方语言文化差异对翻译的影响对促进中西方交流具有重要的现实意义。本文主要从中西方语言文化差异对成语与词语翻译、句子翻译、习语翻译的影响进行阐述,并提出翻译策略,旨为提高翻译质量。本篇论文重要研究方法是描述和解释主要借鉴与那些著名的学者。

Abstract:Translation is the language transformation and the carrier of culture, also a peer-to-peer communication between nationalities. Because of the different languages of people from Chinese and western countries in minority area, living customs, religious beliefs, historical background, as well as cultural differences, the language translation become very difficult. Although many scholars make translation studies from the perspective of western cultural transformation, but because of the western people with different ways of thinking, life philosophy and values lead to people have deviations in understanding of the connotation of the language, thus affecting the real communication. So studying the influence of cultural differences between Chinese and western language on translation has important practical significance for promoting the exchange of Chinese and western. This article will mainly explain the influence of the Chinese and western language cultural differences for idioms, new words, phrases, and sentences. The I put forward the translation strategies In order to improve the quality of translation.The significant research methods of this dissertation are description and explanation,which are based on the former great scholars

Influence of Sino-Western Culture Contrast on Translation
I. Introduction
Throughout the history of China's Translation: from the translation of Buddhist Sutras of the Eastern Han Dynasty to the translation period, our country appeared lots of expert on translation studies. Every research expert has put forward his own translation theory. Xuanzang, translator of the Tang Dynasty “as well as truth, and Yu vulgar”, a translator in late Ming and early Qing Yan Fu’s “faithfulness, expressiveness and elegance” and contemporary translators Mr. Qian Zhongshu “sublimation theory”, on English-Chinese translation theory and translation methods incisive exposition. Translation is cross-cultural communication, which is the message transmitted by a language translator expresses with another language expression of behavior. With scientific and artistic characteristics, translation activity is a cross-language cross-cultural dual communication activity, and a kind of indirect understanding and language expression of original(Gao 158-159). In numerous translation principle, every standard principle should be noticed by the translator in the translation. Translators can’t persist in one or some specific criteria to make translation work, also can’t do eyebrows all classes. Translators must comply with the following three principles: 1. Keep with the content intention of the original; 2. Comply with the language habits of the transition; 3. The domain relevant to the style of the original language. However, cultural differences lead to the people’s different language, knowledge, beliefs, the outlook on life, values, ways of thinking, ethics, customs, habits, etc in different ecological and natural environment(Bi 114-116). Cultural differences can cause people to have different understanding and explanation for the same thing and the concept of rational, sometimes even cause misunderstanding, so Chinese and western cultural differences are an important factor to influence translation, this paper classified its impact.
