摘    要:随着社会经济的不断发展，人们日益增长的旅游高需求。近年来非常热门的共享经济催生出了各种各样新的商业模式来满足人们的个性化、多元化的旅游高需求体验。本文选择以思考杭州民宿的经营发展问题为主题，不仅有理论基础而且具有非常重要的现实意义。

在理论上，本文以浙江省杭州市为例，在进行文献资料的收集和整理的基础上，通过对杭州及周边地区的游客（包括没住过的）和当地的民宿房东的调查和对民宿的经营发展的现状分析来对杭州的民宿经营发展问题进行了客观的分析和期望。并且从多个角度来为杭州民宿的经营发展给予了一定的意见和对策，从而为杭州民宿的经营发展和理论的完善给予帮助的目的。

在现实意义上来说，通过对杭州民宿经营发展的市场调查分析，可以为政府对杭州的城市发展提供一点点的参考价值，并且可以让民宿的发展更为的蓬勃和规范化，能够给予来杭的游客一个更加舒适、称心的旅游体验。促进杭州城市旅游的进一步发展，为民宿经营者创造一份收入。
