摘要:随着社会主义市场经济的不断完善,企业尤其是中小企业之间竞争日益激烈。如何在日益竞争的环境中脱颖而出,基层员工素质高低起着非常重要的作用。加强基层员工培训,不断提高基层员工素质就显得非常关键。因企制宜开展基层员工的培训,提高基层员工素质就需要加强研究。本文以连云港医药科技有限公司为例进行探讨,在调研的基础上,分析了连云港医药科技有限公司基层员工培训的现状,探讨其存在的培训意识不足,缺乏培训需求分析,培训体系不科学,缺乏有效的培训效果评估,激励方式不当,经费有限等问题,并借鉴国内外企业培训的相关经验,提出了加强培训意识,进行科学的培训需求分析,构建科学的培训体系,加大培训经费投入,进行有效的培训效果评估,建立健全激励机制等推进连云港医药科技有限公司基层员工有效培训的对策建议。
