摘要:5S管理被认为是当代企业生产管理之中不可缺少的一种管理方法。5S实施内容简单,成本较少,但效果却很显著,被广大的企业所认可。而6S在5S的基础上考虑了安全因素,企业物品的安全可以保障资产不受损失,而人员的安全保证了生产的持续稳定。因此研究应用6S管理是四洋柴油机在改善生产车间过程中必经之路。本文以四洋柴油机厂(以下简称四洋)车间为背景,通过前期的实地调研和阅读大量有关6S管理理论之后,使用PDCA循环将6S管理应用该生产车间当中并且根据四洋企业不同时期的发展状况进行持续改善,使之逐渐成为一套标准的生产管理方法,并定制相关制度,要求员工按照制度工作,严格要求自己。对于6S管理内容也在文中进行了详细的叙述,在导入6S的同时实施定置管理,将车间内部的物品进行了重新定置,使每个物品都有属于自己的位置,意在培养员工形成一个良好习惯。结果表明,在该企业车间使用6S管理之后,车间内部发生了明显的改善,环境干净整洁,物品摆放整齐,为员工创造了舒适的工作环境,同时也打造了良好的企业文化。

Research on Application of 6S in Siyang Diesel Engine Factory
Abstract:5S management is considered to be an indispensable management method in contemporary enterprise production management. 5S implementation of the content is simple, less cost, but the effect is very significant, the majority of enterprises recognized. And 6S on the basis of 5S considered the safety factors, the safety of enterprise goods can protect the assets from loss, and personnel safety to ensure the continued stability of production. Therefore, the application of 6S management is the Siyang diesel engine in the process of improving the production workshop must pass through the road. Based on the field research and reading of a large number of 6S management theory, the use of PDCA cycle will be 6S management application of the production workshop and according to the development of different periods of the Siyang Continuous improvement, so that it gradually become a set of standard production management methods, and customize the relevant system, requiring employees to work in accordance with the system, strict demands on themselves. For the 6S management content is also a detailed description of the text, in the introduction of 6S at the same time the implementation of custom management, the workshop items were reset, so that each item has its own position, intended to cultivate staff to form a good habit. The results show that after the 6S management of the workshop, the workshop has undergone significant improvement, clean and tidy environment, neatly placed items, creating a comfortable working environment for the staff, and creating a good corporate culture.
