摘要: 电子商务应用的成长依赖于互联网的迅速发展和信息技术的支持,它用不同的电 子工具实现了各种商业活动和商务运作,是一个可以被应用在各种贸易平台上的工具。从 各种论文、期刊、新闻和网络平台等渠道了解到电子商务行业在薪资方面的研究较少,因 此本文使用 R 语言对此行业的岗位进行分析。经过研究分析,公司所在城市、规模、学历、 职位种类和工作经验与薪资的关系成正比,特别是在公司性质方面,欧美外资企业比其他 外企、国企、民营公司、政府机关等薪资都要高。所以,从学校层面来讲,建议学校不仅 要让学生明白电子商务的基础知识,并且要对它有更深入的了解,同时在教学过程中引入 社会主流软件,以便于学生更快的融入社会,与社会对接。从学生自身来讲,建议有志于 从事电子商务行业的学生深入研究并切实掌握电子商务的相关专业知识、积极参与电子商 务的各种实践活动,从而提升自我的综合素养。

Analysis of E-commerce Job Recruitment and Influencing Factors of Salary

Abstract: The growth of e-commerce applications depends on the rapid development of the Internet and the support of information technology. It implements various business activities and business operations with different electronic tools. It is a tool that can be applied to various trade platforms. From various papers, periodicals, news and network platforms, we know that there is less research on the salary of the e-commerce industry, so this paper uses the R language to analyze the position of this industry. Through the analysis, the city, the scale, the degree, the type of job and the work experience are proportional to the salary, especially in the nature of the company, the foreign and foreign enterprises in Europe and America are higher than the other foreign enterprises, state-owned enterprises, private companies and government organs. Therefore, from the school level, it is suggested that the school should not only let the students understand the basic knowledge of e-commerce, but also have a deeper understanding of it. At the same time, we should introduce the mainstream social software in the course of teaching in order to facilitate the students to integrate into the society faster and connect with the society. From the student's own point of view, it is suggested that the students who are interested in the electronic business industry should study and master the relevant professional knowledge of e-commerce and actively participate in the various practical activities of electronic commerce so as to improve their comprehensive quality.

现今社会网络发展迅速,相关产业也被相继带动起来,相对的,各个产业的 岗位也开始产生大量的需求,电子商务就是其中一个代表性的岗位。当前,电子 商务应用的使用率已经非常高了。对大家来说,电子商务从本质上来讲就是一种 现代的商务贸易方法[1],是在不同的交易平台通过现代的信息技术、各种不同 功能的电子工具等来实现各种商业活动和商业运作的方式和手段。
