南京市六合区农用地生态适宜性评价

选用层次分析法,判断矩阵是由我自己决定并生成,因此有着一定的不精确性,在之后的研究中应该多多汲取经验来提高自己的判定的精确性。


摘要:土地适宜性评价即评估土地对某项用处是否相宜和相宜性评估 ,是行使土地使用决定,明确土地使用目的的根本凭据,是我国近 20 年对土地资源调查的根本所在。恰当的土地相宜性评估能调整土地使用框架,来给拟定恰当的土地发展计划供应科学对照。

此次研究将GIS和数学评估模型联合使用,将评估对象定为南京市六合区的农用地,评价单元则定为精度是 30m×30m的栅格数据。按照调查地区的现实情形,依照评价因素选择的规定,决定以坡向、坡度、水源浇灌、交通等级、土壤肥力五个评价因素来建立农用地相宜性的评估系统。利用地理信息系统创立了调查地域的土地相宜性评估资料库,以评估资料库为基准,通过GIS的空间分析能力,得到了调查地域的评估因子专题层。通过层次分析法、限定性因子法等模型对南京市六合区农用地开始相宜性等级评价。

此次研究成果证明,南京市六合区的土地大体相对平缓,农田浇灌条件很好,交通发达,适宜农用地的发展。整体上看南京市六合区的农用地分布相对合理,个别对于该地区的改进及提高的建议后文中会有具体讨论。

Evaluation on Ecological Suitability of Agricultural Land - Taking Luhe District of Nanjing as an Example

Abstract:The evaluation of land suitability is the basic evidence of the land use decision and the purpose of land use. It is the fundamental reason for the survey of land resources in the past 20 years. Appropriate land suitability assessment can adjust the land use framework to provide a scientific control for the development of appropriate land development plans.

In this study, the GIS and the mathematical evaluation model were used in combination, and the evaluation object was designated as the agricultural land in Luhe District of Nanjing. The evaluation unit was designated as the grid data with the precision of 30m × 30m. According to the actual situation of the survey area, the evaluation system of agricultural land suitability was established according to the evaluation factors of slope selection, slope, water source, traffic rank and soil fertility. Using the geographic information system, the database of land suitability evaluation of the survey area was established. Based on the evaluation of the database, the evaluation factor of the survey area was obtained through the spatial analysis ability of GIS. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and restrictive factor method, the estuarine grade of agricultural land in Luhe District of Nanjing was evaluated.

The results show that the land in Nanjing Luhe District is relatively flat, farmland watering conditions are very good, traffic developed, suitable for the development of agricultural land. Overall, the distribution of agricultural land in Luhe District of Nanjing is relatively reasonable, and there are specific discussions on the improvement and improvement of the area.
