本文利用Mintab软件对供应商提供的工艺数据画图,得到了控制图与过程能力分析图,还需要对问题分析,找出相关的原因。
摘 要:近年来随着经济全球化的发展,企业之间的分工与合作变得越来越频繁,许多制造型企业将零部件外包给供应商生产。在客户需求多样化和市场变化不确定性的环境下,企业面临着提高产品质量和降低生产成本的难题。供应商的质量会影响企业的产品质量,企业与供应商不再仅仅是买卖关系,逐渐演变成了合作共赢的关系。因此,供应商的质量管理将是企业管理的重点,企业需要采用科学合理的方法管理供应商质量。
本文首先对传统的供应商质量管理现状以及存在的问题进行了详细的分析,然后介绍了控制图与过程能力分析的相关概念,将控制图与过程能力分析应用于供应商的质量管理的分析与改进。以苏州A机床公司对其凸轮供应商的质量管为研究对象,运用了控制图将对凸轮生产过程时时监控,发现异常波动现象及时分析,接着运过程能力分析对其生产能力进行分析评价,衡量供应商的生产工艺水平。从5M1E的角度找出影响质量的关键因素,制定改善方案。控制图与过程能力分析应用到对供应商质量管理与控制是有效的,改善了以往采取硬性指标静态管理的不足,具有一定的借鉴意义。

Control chart and process capability analysis application in supplier quality management research
Abstract:In recent years, with the development of economic globalization, the pision of labor and cooperation between enterprises become more and more frequent, and many manufacturing enterprises outsource parts and components to suppliers. Changes in customer demand persity and market uncertainty environment, the enterprise faces to improve product quality and reduce production cost. Supplier quality will affect the quality of enterprise products, enterprises and suppliers are no longer just trade relations, gradually evolved into a win-win cooperation relationship. Therefore, the supplier's quality management will be the focus of enterprise management, enterprise needs to adopt the method of scientific and reasonable supplier quality management.
In this paper, first of all, the traditional supplier quality management status quo and existing problems are analyzed, and then introduces the related concepts of control chart and process capability analysis, control chart and process capability analysis was applied to the analysis of the supplier's quality management and improvement. In Suzhou of A machine tool company to the CAM suppliers quality tube as the research object, using the control chart to CAM production process monitoring, constantly found timely analysis of the phenomenon of abnormal fluctuations, then ship the process capability analysis for evaluating and analyzing the production capacity to measure the supplier's production process.Identify key factors affecting quality from 5M1E, and develop an improvement plan.Control chart and process capability analysis is applied to the supplier quality management and control is effective, improve the deficiency of the past rigid index of static management, has a certain reference significance.
