摘    要：留守儿童属于社会弱势群体，其数量众多、规模庞大，且面临的问题也比较复杂。近年来，政府高度关注留守儿童问题，各省市也致力于当地留守儿童问题的解决。现阶段，解决留守儿童问题出现了一种政府向专业社会工作团队购买服务，高校社工团队承接服务的形式。这种形式保证了政府购买服务的专业性，也有利于留守儿童问题的有效解决，具有现实性和长远性。本文主要基于杭州师范大学社会工作团队承接浙江省妇联关爱留守儿童的服务项目，前往温岭市箬横镇为留守儿童开展专业的社会工作助人服务，满足当地的留守儿童需求，致力于留守儿童健康成长；同时，杭州师范大学社会工作专业团队还积极与当地的社会组织有效对接、整合资源，共同探索社会工作专业团队与当地社会组织的对接模式。

本文通过实地调研、访谈、行动研究等方法，先是叙述关爱留守儿童服务项目的背景、服务对象及其需求，之后描述并分析杭州师范大学社会工作团队与箬横镇本土的社会组织的对接情况；最后针对双方的对接情况，尝试性地提出改进建议，并思索对其他地区的借鉴意义。

The rural left-behind children belong to the social vulnerable group, their number is numerous, the scale is huge, and the problems they face are quite complex. In recent years, the government pays great attention to the problem of rural left-behind children, and the provinces and cities are also committed to solving the problem of rural left-behind children. At present, solving the problem of left-behind children in rural areas has emerged a form of government purchasing services from professional social work teams and undertaking services to university social work teams. This form ensures the professionalism of government purchase of services and it is helpful to solve the problem of left-behind children in rural areas. It is realistic and long-term. This paper is mainly based on the social work team of Hangzhou normal University to undertake the service project of Zhejiang Women's Federation to care for the left-behind children, and go to Wenling City to carry out professional social work service for the left-behind children. Meet the needs of local rural left-behind children and devote themselves to the healthy growth of rural left-behind children. At the same time, the social work professional team of Hangzhou normal University also actively docked with the local social organizations, cooperate and integrate the resources, explore the social work professional team and the local social organization docking mode.

Through field research, interview, action research and other methods, this paper first describes the background of caring for children left behind, the clients and their needs. Then, we describe and analyze the docking situation of the professional social work team of Hangzhou Normal University and the local social organization in the Heng Town. Finally, in view of the docking situation between the two sides, the paper tries to put forward some suggestions for improvement, and thinks about the significance of reference to other regions.
