摘  要：职业技能培训是提升农村劳动力就业能力和就业水平的重要方式。只有加大职业技能培训的力度，才能帮助农村劳动力向城镇顺利转移。当前，周口市农村劳动力职业技能培训还存在着很多的问题，这些问题的原因既有农村劳动力自身的原因，也有政府、培训机构和企业等相关主体的原因。只有提升农村劳动力的职业技能培训意识，加大政府对职业技能培训的支持力度，积极发展和健全培训市场，强化企业社会责任，才能有效解决周口市农村劳动力转移过程中的职业技能培训问题。

Research on vocational skills training in the process of transferring rural labor in Zhoukou

Abstract:Vocational skills training is an important way to improve the employability and employment level of rural labor force. Only by increasing the training of vocational skills ，can we help the rural labor force transfer smoothly to cities and towns. At present, there are still many problems in the vocational skills training of rural labor in Zhoukou. The reasons for these problems not only have the reasons for the rural labor force itself, but also the government, the training institutions and the enterprises and other related subjects. Only by improving the vocational skill training consciousness of rural labor force, increasing the government support for vocational training, actively developing and perfecting the training market and strengthening the social responsibility of enterprises, can we effectively solve the problem of vocational skills training in the process of transferring rural labor in Zhoukou.

前言

当前，我国已经处在经济和社会的深刻转型期，特别是近年来政府提出了“新型城镇化”的发展战略，因此，大量农村劳动力开始脱离农业向城镇转移。周口市是一个农业大市，而且周口市的人口非常多，其中农村人口在总人口中又占了非常大的比重，因此，每年都会有大量的农村劳动力外出打工找工作，他们已经对周口经济的发展发挥了非常大的作用。但是，周口市农村劳动力在向城镇转移的过程中，存在的一个较大的问题就是这些劳动力整体文化水平都比较低，而且接受的职业技能培训相对也比较少，导致了他们的就业能力和就业水平都不高。因此，分析周口市农村劳动力转移过程中职业技能培训主要存在哪些问题，以及如何解决这些问题，无疑具有很大的意义。
