摘 要:消费结构是消费领域中比较重要的内容，也是经济结构的重要组成部分。消费结构不仅可以直接反映城乡居民实际生活质量的高低，而且能够有效地衡量国家和地区社会经济发展状况是否是健康。对居民的消费结构进行研究，对于实现可持续发展战略以及贯彻落实科学发展观均有重要意义。

本文以消费经济学理论为基础，采用理论联系实际的方式，对江苏省消费结构升级问题进行研究。首先，通过查阅相关文献和资料，对江苏省近年来消费结构升级的特点和趋势进行总结和归纳。其次，就江苏省消费结构升级这一问题对高校的经济学教授进行访谈。较为深入地探讨了原因。并对江苏省消费结构的现状进行分析。希望能够通过自己对江苏省消费结构升级这一现状的了解分析并结合自己大学本科阶段所学习的相关理论知识，提出能够促进江苏省消费结构升级的可行性建议。

（一）研究背景及意义

当经济发展到一定的极端时，不仅会产生经济外延上的增长，内涵上也会持续增长，也就表现为产业结构的调整。经济的快速增长势必需要对产业结构进行调整。随着经济全球化浪潮的席卷，可以发现，产业结构的升级和调整是加快经济发展的出发点和落脚点。我国当前也处在经济体制转型的阶段，产业结构的问题已经成为影响社会和经济发展的根本性问题。
