摘  要：土地作为农业生产中基本生产资料之一，确保土地要素的合理流动能释放土地的生产力。

为了了解土地流转的实际效果，我选取了一些较能反映土地流转情况的指标来评价分析。并且通过综合指数法对比分析不一样的农村土地流转模式所产生的效益。

本文用了两个实际的例子来说明土地流转产生的效益，并分析了两种流转方式的不同。并创新性地表述了规模化经营形成了文化以及产业效应。

通过对义乌当地甘蔗种植的情况进行了调查研究，采用了发放问卷外加面对面访谈和实地走访的方式，了解到了目前义乌土地流转后，甘蔗产业给人们带来了怎样的收益。经过研究发现，义乌当地土地流转后，农民的收入增加了，不仅产量提高，还发展了红糖文化，吸引各地游客参观，进一步的到了增收。因此，经过此次调查，我发现，农民自发的土地流转方式也能产生不错的效应，但需要资金支持，因此，各地银行可以关注当地的农民贷款需求以进一步促进农业的规模化经营。

Abstract

Land, as one of the basic means of production in agricultural production, ensures that the rational flow of land can release the productivity of land.

In order to understand the actual effect of land circulation, I selected some indicators which can reflect the situation of land circulation to evaluate and analyze. And through the comprehensive index method, the benefits of different rural land transfer patterns are compared and analyzed.

This article uses two practical examples to illustrate the benefits of land transfer, and analyzes the differences between the two ways of circulation. It also innovatively expressed the scale operation and formed the cultural and industrial effects.

Through the investigation and study of the local sugarcane planting in Yiwu, the questionnaire and the way of face-to-face interview and field visits were adopted to understand how the sugarcane industry brought the benefits to people after the current land circulation in Yiwu. After the study found that after the transfer of local land in Yiwu, the income of farmers increased, not only the increase of production, but also the development of the red sugar culture, attracting visitors from all over the country, further to increase income. Therefore, after this investigation, I found that the farmers' spontaneous land transfer mode can also have a good effect, but it needs financial support. Therefore, local banks can pay attention to the local farmers' loan needs to further promote the scale of agricultural operation.
