Abstract：Agatha Christie is one of the greatest detective writers in the world. Agatha Christie is known as the universally recognized queen of crime fiction. Her novel is full of wonderful ideas, exquisite character setting and unique background, and its unique narrative skills are relished by readers. Her original narrative techniques include limiting the reader’s vision, using the narrative method of “I”, the narrator of the story by the murderer of the story, and the paranoia of the narrative. Agatha Christie’s detective novels not only increase the interest of traditional reasoning novels, but also break through the narrative techniques of classical reasoning novels.

This paper discusses Agatha Christie’s personal contribution to the genre of detective novels. Through this discussion, we can see Agatha Christie’s great success and loyalty to literature. In all these contributions, the author thinks that Christie’s Death on the Nile is the most important and meaningful judgment, it is a great literary heritage and a successful creative model. Therefore, the research theme of this paper is to discuss Agatha Christie’s magic charm in Death on the Nile. This paper will discuss about characteristics of different images, the art of plot construction and the innovation of narrative mode by Agatha Christie. Through the collection of library and Internet materials, reference books and periodicals, this paper studies Agatha Christie’s detective novels and reveals their special characteristics and great humanistic value.

1 Introduction

Agatha Christie is a famous British detective writer, playwright, and one of the three leading theorists. There is a detective novel queen. Agatha Christie opened the “countryside villa ” of detective stories , that is , the murder took place in a particular closed environment , and the killer was one of several specific relationships . Many detective works in Europe, America and even Japan also use this model. With her motivation and analysis of human nature, she always shows readers a strange and rich psychological world, which reveals the richness of the human heart, the rich character of the characters, and the labyrinth of human nature, which is swaying and twists and turns. Agatha Christie’s output is second only to Shakespeare’s. She is also known as the Queen of reasoning because of her reasoning novels. The Death on the Nile is one of Agatha Christie’s masterpieces. The story tells of three killings on a yacht on the Nile and an investigation by Belgian detective Hercule Poirot, who eventually summoned tourists to reveal the truth of the three cases.
