II. The Characteristics of English Writing in Senior School

   English writing teaching is a difficult and relatively weak link of teaching. Over the years, many teachers of English writing teaching is enough seriously . In recent years, the study of English writing teaching is increasing, but most of the research is only English writing and language similarities to the writing process, and emphasizes the commonality, to concentrate on English writing its own characteristics.

2.1 Popular model of the Chinese Senior school students

In China, students of primary school began to learn English, has been pay more attention as a foreign language. But by the end of the Senior school, although the students learn English for a long time, even though they have accumulated a certain amount of vocabulary and grammar knowledge, but it is not high of their English level and ability to apply knowledge of English to express yourself freely with fewer students authentic English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Students can't get away from the influence of negative transfer of mother tongue at the time of writing. Students transform the English sentence, word for word in accordance with the Chinese habit.  This sentence will often have traces of Chinese language and grammar errors. Negative transfer of mother tongue error makes the students can’t handle in English writing effectively, and hinder the students to improve English writing.
