2.2.1 Theory of Brain Science

The human brain is the most sophisticated, sensitive and complex organ. According to Dr. Roger Wolcott .Sperry’s research, our brain has two hemispheres which responsible for different intellectual functions. The two sides of the brain, while fairly comparable in size and form, appear to specialize in handling various tasks. Scientist found that the left half is generally dominant for the processing of abstract information such as text, data, etc., while the right half is generally deal with more specific information such as color, image etc.; the left hemisphere likes to think directly and linearly while the right hemisphere likes to deal with the whole picture and works intuitively (Shen De li, 2001:27)
