摘 要：【目的】了解杭州市社区卫生服务机构医务人员对中医药健康管理服务的认知情况，社区中 医药健康管理服务开展情况以及现阶段社区中医药健康管理服务开展过程中存在的问题和 影响因素，为调整社区中医药健康管理服务方向，提高基层中医药健康管理服务水平提供参 考。【方法】采用问卷调查对杭州市 11 家社区卫生服务机构中医药健康管理服务相关医务人 员进行问卷调查，然后用 SPSS 对收集到的数据进行统计分析。【结果】杭州市社区卫生服 务机构医务人员对中医药健康管理服务知晓率高（95.4%），知晓情况与医务人员中医预防保 健培训学习次数有关（P=0.034）；医务人员对中医药健康管理服务的规范性和必要性认知尚 可（＞50%），不同地区、职业类别、培训效果的医务人员在规范性认知上存在差异，是否参 加中医药预防保健培训与是否参与服务影响医务人员对服务必要性的认知（P＜0.05）；69.1% 的医务人员参与中医药健康管理服务项目，71.3%的医务人员认为自己所参与的中医药健康 管理服务项目效果好；不同地区的社区卫生服务机构在培训次数、服务开展内容、服务支持 情况等方面均存在差异（P＜0.05）。当前社区卫生服务机构开展中医药健康管理服务的主要 问题是个性化服务不明显（56.3%）、居民参与度不高（55.5%）、健康指导内容接受程度不高

（52.3%）。【结论】杭州市各社区卫生服务机构均在一定程度上开展了中医药健康管理服务， 但是在服务支持、区域间发展、人才队伍建设、个性化服务等方面仍存在一定的问题。社区 卫生服务机构应加大中医药健康管理服务支持力度，平衡区域间服务发展，加强服务人才队 伍建设，改进服务内容，以满足居民的健康服务需求。

Abstract：Objective: To understand the cognition of medical staff in traditional Chinese medicine health management service in community health service institutions in Hangzhou，the

development of TCM health management services in the community, and the existing problems and influencing factors in the development of TCM health management services in the community at the current stage. To provide reference for adjusting the direction of the community TCM health management service and improving the health management service level of the grass-roots traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Questionnaires were used to conduct surveys on the medical staff of the TCM health management services in 11 community health service institutions in Hangzhou, and then SPSS was used to statistically analyze the collected data. Results: The awareness

rate of medical staff in community health service institutions in Hangzhou was high (95.4%) for TCM health management services, and the awareness rate was related to the number of training sessions for medical staff (P=0.034); 69.1% of medical personnel participated in the TCM health management service project, and 71.3% of the medical staff thought that the TCM health management service project they participated in was effective. Community health service organizations in different regions have differences in the number of trainings, service development content, and service support status (P<0.05); Medical personnel in different regions, occupational categories, and training effects have differences in normative cognition. Whether they participate in the preventive training of Chinese medicine and whether they participate in the health management services of Chinese medicine affected medical personnel's awareness of the necessity for the implementation of TCM health management services (P<0.05); The main problems in the community's current TCM health management services are the inconspicuousness of personalized services (56.3%), low participation of residents (55.5%), and low acceptance of health instruction content (52.3%). Conclusion: All the community health services in Hangzhou have carried out the health management services of traditional Chinese medicine to some extent, but there are still some problems in service support, inter regional development, the construction of talent team, and personalized service. The community health service institutions should strengthen the support of the health management service of traditional Chinese medicine, balance the development of interregional service, strengthen the construction of the service personnel and improve the service content so as to meet the needs of the health service of the residents.
