摘要:如今，随着国家的不断强盛以及快速发展的经济，人们对包装的需求也日益增加，企业对工人的需求量也在逐年递增，大量的人口进入企业从事着工业生产方面的工作。因此，如果企业没有很好的做好职业健康教育以及宣传工作，没有制定完善的职业安全防治体系将会产生严重的后果。工厂在生产经营当中，不可避免的会存在因素，只有规范的操作规程以及配套的职业病危害防护设施才能将危害降到最低。

在本文的研究中，引用了不少前人的研究成果，通过现场调查、工程分析推测出某包装企业的危害因素，并对其生产工艺中的危险有害因素进行了定性定量的分析，进而提出了合理可行的安全管理及职业病防治措施与建议。

本次对某包装公司加工车间的职业病危害现状评价的讨论如下：

（1） 介绍了某包装公司的单位概况以及现行安全管理制度。

（2） 对该公司的现场调查以及资料分析，深入了解其工艺流程，然后通过书本与课堂学到的知识，运用多种安全评价方法对于该企业职业病危害进行了现状评价。

（3） 将理论运用于实际，从根源出发解决问题提出合理可行的建议与措施，在一定程度上帮助企业更好的预防职业病的产生。

Identification of occupational hazards and evaluation of safety status in a packaging company

Abstract:Nowadays, with the continuous prosperity of the country and the rapid development of the economy, the demand for packaging is increasing, and the demand for workers is increasing year by year. A large number of people enter into the work of industrial production. Therefore, if the enterprises do not have a good job health education and propaganda work, no perfect occupational safety prevention and control system will have serious consequences. In the production and operation of the factory, there are unavoidable factors, only the standard operating rules and the supporting occupational hazards protection facilities can reduce the damage to the lowest.

   In this study, a number of previous research results were quoted, and the hazard factors of a certain packaging enterprise were speculated through field investigation and engineering analysis, and the hazardous and hazardous factors in the production process were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, and the reasonable and feasible safety management and occupational disease prevention measures and suggestions were put forward.

The evaluation of occupational hazards in a processing workshop of a packaging company is discussed as follows:

   (1) the general situation of a packaging company and the current safety management system are introduced.

   (2) the company's field investigation and data analysis, in-depth understanding of its technological process, and then through the books and the knowledge learned in the classroom, using a variety of safety evaluation methods for the occupational hazards of the enterprise status evaluation.

   (3) apply the theory to the reality, and put forward reasonable and feasible suggestions and measures to solve the problem from the origin, to a certain extent, to help enterprises to better prevent the production of occupational diseases.
