摘要：特色农业是发展现代农业的必经之路，由于不同地区的环境条件各有特点，只有因地制宜才能更快更好地促进农业现代化和农业产业化。特色农业并不是一个新的概念，然而在现阶段的中国，其发展却并不如想象中顺利。该研究通过实地调研和文献研究等方法，调研了怀化市特色农业发展现状，分析了发展优势和存在的问题，提出了发展策略。策略包括保护和开发当地特色品种资源、合理规划农业布局、培育产加销一体化企业、地区品牌整合、构建物流体系、完善特色农业服务模式、融合第一二三产业发展。最后，对未来特色农业的发展趋势和发展前景进行了展望。

Analysis on Development Status and Development Strategy of Characteristic Agriculture in Huaihua City, Hunan Province

Abstract: Characteristic agriculture is an inevitable way to develop modern agriculture. Because environmental conditions in different regions have their own characteristics, we must rely on the way that developing agriculture according to the local conditions to accelerate agricultural modernization and agricultural industrialization. Characteristic agriculture is not a new concept, but in China the development of characteristic agriculture is not as smooth as it seems. This research through several ways like field research and literature research to investigate the development status of characteristic agriculture in Huaihua City. And the development advantages as well as existing problems were analyzed. Moreover the development strategies were proposed. The strategies include the protecting and developing local special species resources, the rational planning of agricultural distribution, developing integration of production, process and market companies, regional brand integration, building a logistics system, improving characteristics agricultural service model, integrating the first, second and third industry. Finally, the development trend and development prospect of characteristic agriculture in the future are forecasted.

湖南省怀化市特色农业发展现状及发展策略分析

特色农业是在传统农业基础上发展起来的高效农业，发展的根本就是要做到“人无我有，人有我优”。特色农业作为一种新型农业，牵涉到新农村建设和农民经济收入及生活状况的改善，是一个具有现实意义的研究课题。发达国家对特色农业的研究起源时间比我国早，其发展现状也非常理想，而我国是从上个世纪九十年代才真正开始对特色农业进行研究[1]。目前为止，我们在这方面仍然有很多没有涉及到的领域和没有解决的问题，所以需要通过不断地借鉴学习和研究，摸索出适合我国并能产生大量效益的一条发展特色农业的道路。怀化市作为一个现辖12个县（市、区）和一个管委会的市，拥有得天独厚的自然资源，市内生长繁衍着许多独具特色的生物，满足发展特色农业的条件。然而现阶段怀化市的特色农业存在散、小、杂等问题，特色农业品牌建设也才刚刚起步，品牌散、层次低、效益差等问题突出，没有形成市场竞争力。因此，选择具有一定代表性的怀化市作为研究对象，搜集了相关的数据资料和文献，总结了怀化市特色农业发展现状，分析了其发展策略并提出了相应对策。希望能被用于怀化市的特色农业发展规划，同时对同类型地区的特色农业发展提供参考借鉴之用。
