摘要:目前，中国的经济发展是非常迅猛的，正处在一个腾飞的时期，并且每一个行业都在不断地前进，使得中国制造站在了世界的前端。近几年，中国的房地产行业被炒的很热，建筑行业随之而起，并且跟随着国家节能减排的脚步，各大建筑商都提倡装配式建筑施工工艺。然而装配式建筑在国内起步比较晚，处于发展初期阶段，各种核心技术都不是很成熟，施工安全都有很大的隐患。管理者应该结合国内和国外装配式建筑施工管理的经典案例，学习他们先进的施工工艺和技术，吸取事故多发的的教训，并结合自己的实际项目进行施工安全管理的预防和创新。本文就常规建筑的施工安全管理开始研究，进一步引出装配式建筑，接着了解一下装配式建筑的特征和优势，然后叙述了装配式建筑的设计、制作及施工，接着深入讨论了影响装配式建筑施工安全的因素，进一步的探讨出装配式建筑施工安全管理方法和内容，最后根据自己所研究的装配式相关资料，对一个具体的装配式建筑项目进行分析。

Multi-layer assembly construction safety management

ABSTRACT:At present, the development of Chinese economy is very well and it is in a period of rapid development. Each industry is making continuous progress, making China's manufacturing stand at the forefront of the world.In recent years, China's real estate industry has been hotly speculated, and the construction industry has followed. With the implementation of national energy-saving and emission reduction, major construction companies have advocated prefabricated construction technology. However, prefabricated buildings started relatively late in the country and are still in the early stage of development. Various core technologies are not very mature, and construction safety also has great hidden dangers.Managers should combine the classic cases of domestic and foreign prefabricated building construction management to learn their advanced construction methods and techniques, draw lessons learned from accidents, and combine their own practical projects to prevent and innovate construction safety management.This article studies the construction safety management of conventional buildings, introduces assembly buildings, then learns about the features and advantages of prefabricated buildings, then describes the design, fabrication and construction of prefabricated buildings, and then discusses the factors of construction safety which affect prefabricated buildings. In the other hand, this article further explore the methods and contents of construction safety management for prefabricated buildings, and finally analyze a specific prefabricated building project based on the relevant assembly-related data.
