摘要:争抢行为是小班幼儿常发生的一种不良行为,幼儿在生活中常因争抢而发生争执。幼儿争抢行为的发生不仅影响幼儿心理的健康成长,而且在争抢行为中出现的肢体动作会危害到幼儿的身体健康。本研究以问卷调查的方式从幼儿争抢的主要表现形式、性别差异、自我解决方式、争抢行为具体场景、争抢行为发生的原因和教师介入的动力六个方面进行调查。分析发现,幼儿争抢行为发生原因有四个方面分别一是年龄特征、性格差异引发争抢,二是幼儿为表现自我引发争抢,三是教学活动中教师指导不当引发争抢,四是幼儿园资源短缺引发争抢。为改善幼儿争抢的这些问题提出了四个引导策略分别是根据幼儿身心发展特征对其争抢行为进行引导、尽量满足每个幼儿表现欲、教师应加强对幼儿争抢行为及时正确的引导、为幼儿提供良好的幼儿园环境。

Small Children for Behavior and the Intervention Strategies
—a Case Study of H Kindergarden in ZhouKou
Abstract: Competition behavior is one of the small children often bad behavior, in children's life, we dispute due to competition.Children for behavior not only affects the healthy growth of children's psychology, and appear in the act of competing for the body movements will harm to children's health.This research in the form of questionnaire survey from young children for, gender differences, the major forms of self solution, specific scenarios for behavior, competition behavior causes and teachers' involvement in the power of six aspects to investigate.Analysis found that children for behavioral causes have four aspects respectively, it is the age characteristics and personality differences caused competition, it is to express yourself children caused competition, three is not appropriate for under the guidance of teachers in teaching activities, four are also known for the kindergarten shortage of resources.To improve young children compete for these problems put forward four guidance strategies are respectively according to the characters of children's physical and mental development to guide the competition behavior, try to satisfy every desire, teachers should strengthen the kindergarten for timely and correct guidance, a good kindergarten environment for young children.

一、幼儿争抢行为的内涵及表现
(一)争抢的内涵
争抢这个词语的概念存在于很多学科的领域中,但从字面上看,争抢是两个或者两个以上的人对某一事物进行夺取,占为己有,或者意见不合发生口头争论。简言之,争抢是争相抢占,竞争拼抢(精神观念和物质资源)。争抢可以发生在国与国之间,种族之间,也可以发生在个人与个人、个人与群体之间,甚至是动物与动物之间。在心理学上,争抢是指两个(或以上)彼此对同一件事物的观念对立或者动机方向不一致,而又无法同时满足各方欲望时,所形成互不退让争相占有的现象。
