摘要：近年来，儿童意外伤害的频繁发生，引起了社会和广大幼儿工作者的关注和焦虑。本文采用文献资料分析、访谈的方法，调查了周口市幼儿园发生的意外事故，探讨了幼儿在幼儿园中存在意外事故的类型，分析了幼儿园事故的原因，如幼儿身体虚弱、不良行为、孩子缺乏自我保护能力；得到了幼儿在园意外事故对安全教育的启示，包括加强幼儿体能训练、注重良好行为习惯的培养、注重体验，提高幼儿自我保护能力、强化教师责任意识。只有做好幼儿在园意外伤害事故的预防和控制，才能减少儿童意外事故的发生。

The Enlightenment of Safety Education of Children's Accidents in the Garden-- take the10 kindergarten in Zhoukou as an example

   Abstract: In recent years, the frequent occurrence of accidental injury of children has aroused the concern and anxiety of the society and the children. In this paper by using the methods of literature analysis and interview method to investigate the Zhoukou City Kindergarten accidents, discusses the children in the kindergarten exist types of accidents, analyzes the reasons of the kindergarten accident, such as children's body weak, bad behavior, children lack the ability to protect themselves; get the children in park accident of safety education of enlightenment, including strengthen preschool physical training, pay attention to the cultivation of good habits, pay attention to experience, improve self-care ability, to strengthen the teachers' sense of responsibility. Only when the children in the kindergarten accident prevention and control of accidents, to reduce the occurrence of accidents in children.

幼儿在园意外事故对安全教育的启示——以周口市10所幼儿园为例

一、概述

（一）幼儿园意外事故的定义及危害

幼儿在园意外事故，是指入园儿童在幼儿园管理范围内所发生的人身伤害事故[1]。在幼儿园的日常生活中，一旦幼儿发生意外事故，不仅对幼儿身心造成了严重影响，而且对幼儿园领导、老师以及孩子家长都是一种无形的压力。孩子是祖国的花朵，民族的希望，幼儿在园的意外事故问题一直受到社会的关注，因此，研究幼儿园意外伤害事故是十分必要的。

随着社会经济的发展，世界许多国家对幼儿的保护措施逐步完善，但是幼儿的伤害问题仍呈上升趋势。幼儿意外伤害作为一个跨学科的研究课题，已引起世界各国学者的广泛注意和重视。据香港青少年儿童安全教育中心数据显示：每年中国约有45万儿童因意外受到伤害。13亿人口中少年儿童大约有2.8亿，据最新调查发现每100名死亡儿童中因意外伤害死亡的有26人，这个数据正以7%—10%的速度增加[2]。幼儿安全教育仍然是一个薄弱环节，我们需要了解幼儿意外伤害的现状，分析造成意外伤害的原因，不仅有助于保护更多的幼儿免受伤害，而且对提高我国幼儿园的教学水平、管理水平和未来的发展能力也具有重要意义。
