摘要：教师专业发展是教学质量水平好坏的重要参考依据，是学生学习质量高低的重要条件。民族地区学前教育的发展与国内学前教育的发展相比，前者发展水平不甚乐观，这直接影响当地学前教育的发展。对此，本文通过问卷调查法、访谈法，针对伊吾县x幼儿园幼儿教师专业发展进行调查研究，主要从民族地区幼儿教师的基本情况、专业知识、专业能力和专业情感等现象进行调查，并分析其形成原因。在这基础上，从民族地区幼儿教师专业发展等方面提出了适于民族地区幼儿教师专业发展的一些建议，以促进幼儿教师的专业发展。

Investigation and Research on the Professional Development of Preschool Teachers in Minority Areas-- taking X kindergarten in Yiwu County of Xinjiang as an example

Abstract: Teachers' professional development is an important reference for teaching quality, and it is an important condition for students' learning quality. Compared with the development of pre-school education in ethnic areas, the development of the former is not very optimistic, which directly affects the development of local pre-school education. 民族地区幼儿教师专业发展现状调查研究——以新疆伊吾县x幼儿园为例

幼儿教师专业发展影响着学前教育的质量，专业化的幼儿教师是幼儿健康发展的重要保障。在《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》中明确指出：“教育大计，教师为本。长期以来，民族地区受地理环境和经济水平等因素的影响，其教育水平远远低于我国发达地区。因此，关于民族地区教师的专业发展就极为重要。研究制定适宜、规范的幼儿教师专业标准，明确合格的幼儿教师应具备的专业素养，并引领和促进幼儿教师的专业水平发展，无论是对当下还是长远的、民族地区还是非民族地区的幼儿教师队伍建设，都是极其重要的。
