摘 要：随着时代的发展，如今经济全球化的程度越来大。随着我国改革开放的持续进行，我国与世界的联系也越来越紧密，对外开开放程度越来越高，我国对外贸易的依赖水平也越来越高，因此许多企业受到汇率波动的影响也随之越来越大。本文将会以中国国际航空公司为案例，其一是因为航空公司的企业特殊性，决定了其很容易受到汇率波动的影响，其二是因为中国国际航空具有一定的代表性。并且随着公司的不断发展，国际业务也将不断增加。汇率波动对于航空公司的影响程度也会越来越大。因此本文对中国国际航空公司的汇率风险进行分析，并提出一些相关的措施也会使本文具有一定的现实意义。同时希望企业面对汇率波动带来的风险能有一些新的思考。

Abstract:With the development of the times, the degree of economic globalization is increasing. With the continuous development of China's reform and opening up, our country and the world are becoming more and more closely connected, opening to the outside world is becoming higher and higher, and the level of our foreign trade dependence is getting higher and higher, so many enterprises are influenced by the exchange rate fluctuation. This article will take China International Airlines as a case, one of which is because of the particularity of the airline's enterprise, which decides that it is easily affected by the exchange rate fluctuations, and the second is that China International Aviation has a certain representation. And with the continuous development of the company, international business will also continue to increase. The impact of exchange rate fluctuations on airlines will also increase. Therefore, this paper analyzes the  exchange rate risks of China International Airlines, and puts forward some relevant measures, which will make this article have certain practical significance. At the same time, it is hoped that enterprises will have some new thoughts on the risks brought by exchange rate fluctuations.

1引言

1.1 研究背景

改革开放几十年以来，我国的经济在不断飞速的发展，虽然近年来由高速增长逐渐转变为中高速增长，但是增长速度并不慢，对拉动世界的经济增长也做了非常大的贡献。目前我国已经是世界第二大经济体，在世界占有举足轻重的地位。我国的经济总量的快速增加与对外贸易的持续发展有着密不可分的关系。在经济全球化的趋势下我国要不断的与世界上其他国家进行经济往来，与世界经济往来自然无法不提到汇率这个词。我国一直是实行外汇管制的政策，因此也有很多人，包括一些专家学者都认为汇率不会有很大的波动，会一直处于一种稳定的状态。但是，随着汇率市场的不断发展，近年来我国货币汇率的波动性也不断增强，出现了不稳定的情况。在这种情况下，我国的很多企业对于汇率波动所造成的影响没有足够的认识，对于风险的管控也做的不够到位，因此在这些年里由于汇率的波动遭受到了一定的风险与损失。所以我认为，外币汇率的波动会对我国企业的汇率风险造成一定的影响。而我选择了中国国际航空公司作为研究对象，是因为航空公司要经营许多国际业务，会因为汇率的波动给企业带来一定的损益。如果企业想要不断发展，在航空业持续占有一定的地位，就一定要对于汇率的波动做好充足的准备，尽最大可能降低汇率波动所带来的风险。
