基于危险源辨识的建筑施工安全管理研究

探讨了工程建设中危险源的识别与控制。针对不同危险源的管理,提出了系统化的正常管理和应急管理的管理模式。


摘要:随着我国经济水平在不断的飞速发展,建筑业在我国国民经济中的地位和作用越来越显著,但建筑工程的施工现场经常会发生各种各样的事故,给施工单位,施工人员的家庭,以及社会都带来了很大的损失,安全生产形势十分严峻。

本文在基于前人的研究成果,首先从我国建筑安全生产管理的现状出发,分析影响我国建筑安全生产管理的因素,发现我国建筑施工现场安全存在亟待解决的问题。并提出安全生产的核心内容是:首先辨识影响安全的危险源,其主要工作是做好预防措施和应急预案,做好现场安全保障体系。

本文的重点是辨识和评价施工现场可能存在的危险源,指出我国施工安全管理体系和安全生产保障体系的不足,结合具体现场安全管理实例,提出对危险源、危险部位和环境因素的辨识方法。结合重大危险源的LEC评价模型对危险源和环境因素进行评价,提出基于危险源辨识的施工安全管理对策,对现阶段的施工安全管理具有一定的帮助。

Research on Building Construction Safety Management Based on Hazard Identification

Abstract :With the continuous and rapid development of China's economic level, the status and role of the construction industry in our national economy is more and more significant, but a variety of accidents often occur on the construction site of construction projects, to construction companies and construction workers. Family and society have brought great losses, and the safety production situation is very strict.

Based on the previous research results, this article starts with the status quo of China's construction safety production management, analyzes the factors that affect China's construction safety production management, and finds that there are urgent problems to be solved in our country's construction site safety. It also puts forward that the core content of safety production is: first identify the dangerous sources that affect safety, and its main task is to do a good job of preventive measures and emergency plans, and do a good job of on-site safety and security systems.

The focus of this paper is to identify and evaluate potential hazards in the construction site, and point out the shortcomings of China's construction safety management system and safety production guarantee system. In combination with specific safety management examples at the scene, the identification methods for hazard sources, hazardous locations and environmental factors are proposed. The LEC evaluation model of major hazard sources is used to evaluate hazard sources and environmental factors, and a construction safety management strategy based on hazard identification is proposed to help the construction safety management at the current stage.
