摘要：伴随IP的火热，动漫IP的开发成为动漫产业发展的热点，同时随着网络技术的发展，“互联网+动漫IP”也成为当下动漫产业发展的一大热门。目前国内优秀动漫IP较少，纵观国内动漫IP的开发，存在着产业链条单一分散、目标受众较为低龄、优秀内容创作缺乏、模仿抄袭风气严重、跨媒体运营水平低等问题。这些问题严重制约着国产动漫IP的良性开发和中国动漫产业的持续发展。本文通过分析国内动漫IP的开发模式，梳理总结开发过程中的问题，并结合当前互联网的时代背景，为提升国产动漫IP开发水平提供建议，从而推动中国动漫产业快速发展。

Abstract：With the development of IP hot, IP animation has become the focus of the development of animation industry, at the same time, with the development of network technology, "Internet plus IP animation animation industry development" has become a hot current. 一引言

近年来，IP已逐渐成为互联网语境下国内动漫产业发展的核心竞争力。不少优秀制作团队与各大平台均对IP的开发显示出了相当程度的重视。比如，近年来各大游戏厂商把相对较为成熟的动漫IP收入囊中，开发出《我叫白小飞》、《雏蜂》、《新秦时明月》、《画江湖》等动漫改编类游戏；玄机科技于2014年推出由优质动漫IP《秦时明月》开发改编的《秦时明月之龙腾万里》3D大电影，2015年更是与上海唐人影视合作开发出真人电视剧；奥飞娱乐自2015年起，通过收购原创动漫网站“有妖气”，成功开发运作了人气漫画改编的诸多电影项目——《十万个冷笑话》、《镇魂街》等。本文力求在前人研究的基础上，对国产动漫IP开发进行系统的研究，再次梳理现状，深刻总结问题，认真分析案例，最后基于互联网的时代背景对于提高国产动漫IP开发水平提出相应的对策和建议。
