女职工生命周期时间配置对延迟退休意愿的影响分析

大多数的女职工不愿意延迟退休的意愿强烈,主要是因为延迟退休会挤占她们的家庭劳动时间和闲暇时间,从而影响她们的生活。


摘要:与以往通过在职职工的意愿,来探求延迟退休的意愿不同,本论文针对女职工来研究,通过问卷调查与分析,从其生命周期时间配置“市场劳动时间-家庭劳动时间-闲暇时间”这三个阶段对女职工延迟退休意愿进行分析。结论表明延迟退休政策会延长市场劳动时间,从而占用了家庭劳动时间和闲暇时间,并且家庭负担较重的女职工一般并不愿意延迟退休。

我也根据研究结果针对不同行业的女职工的不同情况进行了分类分析,如有稳定工作时间的女职工和家庭需要照顾的女职工有不同的情况和困难,针对这些问题我提出了自己的建议,实现延迟退休政策的最优化,减少对女职工的巨大冲击。

本论文的创新之处在于站在女职工这一特殊人群的角度,从其个人和家庭这一微观层面,并运用理论研究和实证研究相结合,来分析她们延迟退休的意愿,从而使延迟退休意愿的研究更加全面和完善。

Analysis on the Impact of Life Cycle Time Allocation on the Delayed Retirement Intent of Female Workers

Abstract: Be different from previous researches to find a way to delay retirement through the wishes of working people. This paper aims at female workers to study, through questionnaire analysis method from its life cycle time allocation "market labor time--family labor time--leisure time". These three stages of female workers delayed retirement will be analyzed. The conclusion shows that delayed retirement policy will prolong the labor time in the market, thus occupying their working time and leisure time, and that female workers who have a heavy family burden are generally reluctant to delay their retirement.

According to the results of the study, I have also conducted a classification and analysis of the different situations of female workers in different industries. If there are different conditions and difficulties for women workers who have stable working hours and those who need care from their families, I have put forward my own suggestions to address these problems. We will optimize the delayed retirement policy and reduce the impact on women workers.

The innovation of this thesis is that from the perspective of the special group of women workers, from the micro level of their inpidual and family, and using a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research to analyze their willingness to delay retirement. Therefore, the study of delayed retirement will be more comprehensive and perfect.
