本论文是在对建筑工程施工现场的安全评价方面的调研基础上,利用精确的数据指出建筑施工现场的事故发生率相比其他行业较高。
摘 要:随着经济的不断发展和城市化历程的加快,我国的建筑行业相比之前已经崛起了,然而由于当前建筑安全事故时有发生,建设工程施工现场安全问题已经引起广泛关注。建筑工程施工工期长、共种多,作业多,高空、露天、交接、交叉作业多,涉及人、财、物复杂管理环境等特点,所以建筑安全施工的影响因素多且复杂,各种因素相互作用,施工现场安全成了头等重要大事。
本次我所要完成的毕业论文主要是以提出问题、分析问题、研究问题和解决问题这四个板块为写作思路。通过完成施工现场安全评价研究为主题的论文,掌握影响施工现场的安全因素,构建建筑工程施工现场的安全评价指标体系,选择合适的施工现场的安全评价方法,如安全检查表法、安全管理现状分析法等多种方法,对现场安全进行分析。
论文首先对我国施工现场的安全管理的现状进行分析指出引发现场安全问题的多个事故类型,并且分析了引发现场事故的原因包括了人、材、机、方法、环境五个方面。然后定义安全评价指标体系的原则,再从人、建筑设备、管理和环境四个大的方面建立指标体系,拓展出16个指标。最后选择安全评价的方法,在定性与定量评价方法中根据相应的施工现场选择合理的方法进行评价,本论文选取了位于青浦区正在施工建造的大型体育中心为案例,采用安全检查表的方法分析该项目施工现场的各个因素,排除安全问题,保障施工现场的安全。

Study on safety evaluation of construction site
Abstract: With the continuous development of national economy and the acceleration of urbanization, China's construction industry is developing rapidly. However, due to the occurrence of current construction safety accidents, the safety problem of construction site has attracted wide attention. The construction period of construction project is long, many kinds of operation, high altitude, open, cross operation, involving people, wealth, complex management environment and other characteristics, so the influence of building construction safety factors and the complex interaction of various factors, the most important event of construction site safety.
This paper is mainly to put forward questions, analyze the problems, study the problems and solve the problems as the thinking of writing. By completing the research on safety assessment of construction site, we will grasp the influencing factors of construction site safety and understand the safety evaluation index system of construction site. The safety evaluation methods of the construction site, such as the prehazard analysis and the accident tree analysis, are used to analyze the safety of the site.
The paper first analyzes the current situation of the safety management of the construction site in China, and points out the types of accidents that cause the safety problems on the site, and analyzes the causes of the accident, including five aspects: human, material, machine, method and environment. Then we define the principle of the safety evaluation index system, and then establish the index system from four major aspects of human, building equipment, management and environment, and expand 16 indicators. At last, the method of selecting safety evaluation has the qualitative and quantitative evaluation method to evaluate the construction site according to the reasonable method of selecting the corresponding construction site. In this paper, an example of the construction is combined. According to the evaluation method of the construction site, the safety checklist method is used to evaluate the construction site, and this item is determined. Objective safety grade.
