摘 要:本文笔者通过对比国内外双语教育发展现状,通过问卷调查法了解到和田地区于田县学前双语教育师资队伍发展现状及存在的问题,提出了加强和田地区双语师资队伍建设的策略和建议。
整个研究分为五个部分:论文的第一部分是绪论,涉及到选题的背景以及研究意义与目的,并对论文涉及的主要概念进行界定,总结国内外的文献综述,阐明研究方法。第二部分通过直击学前双语教师师资队伍建设这方面,通过问卷调查法了解到了于田县学前双语教师师资队伍发展现状及存在的问题。主要包括5个方面:师资力量严重不足、教师教学积极性低、双语教师汉语水平不够、缺少学前本专业的人才、学前教师身份不明确,理解太片面 。论文第三部分针对提高双语教育教师队伍建设提出了一些对策。主要包括:幼儿园加大招聘力度、幼儿园制定一些奖励的措施,提高老师的教学积极性、重视提高双语教师的汉文化修养、提高双语教师教学能力的发展、政府出台一些文件来提高学前教师的认可度。第四部分是结语,一方面是对本文的一个总结,另一方面是内心真挚的感谢。
Abstract: In this paper, the author by comparing the current situation of the development of bilingual education at home and abroad, through the questionnaire investigation to know keriya county preschool bilingual education teachers in hotan area development present situation and existing problems, and puts forward the strategy to strengthen the construction of bilingual teachers in hotan area and Suggestions.
The whole study is pided into five parts: the first part of the paper is the introduction, involves the selected topic background and research meaning and purpose, and defining the main concepts involved in the thesis, summarizes the domestic and foreign literature review, research methods.
In the second part, through the construction of the teaching staff of pre-school bilingual teachers, the present situation and existing problems of preschool bilingual teachers in tian county were obtained through questionnaire survey.
Mainly includes five aspects: shortage of teachers, teacher's teaching enthusiasm is low, the Chinese level is not enough, the lack of preschool bilingual teachers this professional talents, preschool teachers' identity is not clear, too one-sided understanding.
In the third part, some countermeasures are put forward to improve the construction of bilingual education teachers.
Mainly includes: the kindergarten intensify recruitment, kindergarten, formulate some reward measures, improve the teacher's teaching enthusiasm, attaches great importance to improve the bilingual teachers of han culture, improve the development of bilingual teachers' teaching ability, the government issued some documents to improve the recognition of preschool teachers'.
The fourth part is the conclusion, on the one hand, it is a summary of this article, on the other hand is sincere gratitude.
