摘 要

新生代农民工已经日益成为城市建设的主力军，但就目前来说，该群体自身的素质、传统的思维模式、社会大环境等因素致使这个群体的权利意识比较淡薄，外来农民工的身份又使他们在城市生活中较难找到表达自我合法权益的路径，所以在一定程度上，他们维权行动较被动，合法权益也难以保障。然而农民工的权利意识状况对于解决三农问题和进一步推进我国社会主义民主法制建设都具有重要的意义。因此，探讨新生代农民工权利意识状况及其教育路径十分必要。

全文分为四个部分：第一部分：对新生代农民工这一群体概念进行界定，阐述权利意识的内涵。第二部分：从个体需求和外部需求两个层面具体阐述新生代农民工权利意识重要性。第三部分：针对调查研究的结果分析新生代农民工权利意识的特征、表现形式及其意识不足的原因。第四部分：根据调查的结果和分析，从成人教育、舆论引导和同伴教育三个方面提出具体的对策和建议。

Abstract

The new generation of migrant workers has increasingly become the main force of urban construction, but at present, the quality of the group itself, the traditional thinking mode, the social environment and other factors lead to the weak sense of rights in this group, and the identity of migrant workers makes it difficult to find their legitimate rights and interests in urban life. To a certain extent, their rights protection is passive and legitimate rights and interests are hard to guarantee. However, the awareness of migrant workers' rights is of great significance for solving the problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers and further promoting the construction of socialist democracy and legal system in China. Therefore, it is very necessary to explore the new generation of migrant workers' rights awareness and its educational path.

The full text is pided into four parts: the first part defines the concept of the new generation of migrant workers, and expounds the connotation of rights awareness. The second part: from the two aspects of inpidual needs and external needs, it elaborates the importance of the rights awareness of the new generation of migrant workers. The third part: according to the findings of the survey, we analyze the characteristics, manifestations and reasons of the lack of awareness of the rights of the new generation of migrant workers. The fourth part: according to the results and analysis of the investigation, we put forward the concrete countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects: adult education, public opinion guidance and peer education.
