摘要:提升小学教师教育科研能力既是新课程改革的客观诉求,也是小学教师专业发展的内在需要。本研究以教育科研过程中每一步骤所需的能力为分析框架,通过对杭州市4所小学108名教师的问卷调查得来的数据,对小学教师的教育科学研究选题能力、教育科学研究方案撰写能力、教育科学研究资料收集能力、教育科学研究资料分析能力、教育科学研究报告和论文撰写能力的现状进行描述分析。调查发现,小学教师的教育科研意识较淡薄,教育科研能力偏低,教育科研方法运用存在诸多困难。为了切实提升小学教师的教育科研能力,教育主管部门要加强小学教师教育科研能力培训工作,学校要科学组织与管理小学教师开展教育科研活动,小学教师自身要加强教育科研理论学习与实践操练。

Abstract:Enhancing the ability of primary school teachers in education and scientific research is not only an objective appeal of the new curriculum reform, but also an inherent requirement for the professional development of primary school teachers. This study takes the ability required for each step of the educational research process as the analytical framework. Through the data obtained from a questionnaire survey of 108 teachers from 4 elementary schools in Hangzhou, the ability of educational science research for primary school teachers to select topics and educational research The status quo of program writing ability, education scientific research data collection ability, education scientific research data analysis ability, education scientific research report and thesis writing ability are described and analyzed. The survey found that primary school teachers’ awareness of education and scientific research is relatively weak, education and scientific research capabilities are low, and education and scientific research methods have many difficulties. In order to effectively improve primary school teachers' ability in education and scientific research, the competent education department must strengthen the training of primary school teachers in education and scientific research. Schools should scientifically organize and manage primary school teachers to carry out educational and scientific research activities. Primary school teachers themselves must strengthen education and scientific research theories to learn and practice.
