无锡乐购华夏店绩效考核机制研究

对无锡乐购华夏店的现状分析并针对其问题所提出的改进方案对于其他门店以及类似的大型超市的绩效考核应该有一些借鉴意义。


摘要:绩效考核是企业为了实现生产经营目的,运用特定的标准和指标,采取科学的方法,对员工的工作做出价值判断的过程。经过多年的发展,绩效考核已经形成了诸多较为成熟的理论和科学的方法。

本文以无锡乐购华夏店为研究对象,基于无锡乐购华夏店的实习经历,在充分了解、熟悉、分析无锡乐购华夏店现行绩效考核机制的情况下,发现其现行绩效考核机制存在以下几个问题:绩效考核内容过于笼统、绩效考核方法单一落后、考核者缺乏专业性、被考核者排斥甚至反感、绩效考核结果运用不当等问题。针对现行绩效考核的不足之处,提出具有针对性的改进现有绩效考核机制的改进措施,主要有提高考核主体的水平、选择合适的绩效考核方法、健全绩效考核的实施过程等。

Study of the performance appraisal system of the TESCO of WUXI HUAXIA

Abstract:The performance appraisal is also called the outcome appraisal or result appraisal, it is a method with specific standard and index conducted by the corporate to evaluate the people and the work of different levels during the process of  production and operation . The performance appraisal is not only one of the most important means during the process of human resource management ,but also the beginning of human resource management. Therefore, The performance appraisal is also of great importance to the company. During decades of development ,in this discipline, we have come up some theories and methods, such as Key performance indicators, balanced score card, 360 assessment, fish bone map.

This article is written in the base of the internship at the TESCO in WUXI HUAXIA.I want to use my knowledge of the performance appraisal to provide some advice for the supermarket to improve the performance of the supermarket. All these advice and measures are formed through understanding ,familiarizing and analyzing the present performance appraisal system and are aimed at the problems the supermarket is facing. I hope this article can provide some suggestions for the TESCO in WUXI HUAXIA and other supermarkets to improve their performance appraisal and carry out he scientific human resource management.

0引言

随着当今世界经济的全球化与一体化,企业之间的竞争亦愈演愈烈。[1]当前企业间的竞争不再单单只是资金、技术、成本、这些传统因素的竞争,早已上升到人才的竞争。归根结底企业之间的竞争就是人力资源的竞争,在就业市场几乎完全自由流动的今天,人力资源在各企业之间,尤其是在同行业企业之间的流动是极其频繁的。一个企业若想在日益激烈的市场上获得优势,必须能用对人,用好人,留住人,充分发挥本企业的人力资源优势,因此科学合理的人力资源管理制度愈发地受到重视。
