摘 要:家校合作是近二十年以来国内学者研究的一个热点问题，有效的家校合作不仅有利于家 校共育，更重要的是对于促进孩子健康成长、家校共同进步有不可忽视的作用。近两年来杭 州小学家校合作稳步发展，但也存在责任不明、缺乏专业的指导、合作能力不足和社会资源 利用不当等问题。因此，本论文通过文献研究法和问卷调查法对当前杭州两所不同区域小学 的家校合作情况进行调查，了解当前杭州小学家校合作的情况和不足。调查结果显示，家长 和教师家校合作的意识很强，合作内容丰富，但是缺乏专门的活动资金、家校双方责权不统 一、合作能力欠缺。基于以上原因，本论文对小学家校合作现状进行调查分析。结合杭州教 育发展特点以及国内外优秀经验，本人认为学校、家长、教育部门要共同努力，以提升家校 合作的效率和效果。

Home-school cooperation is a hot issue that domestic scholars have studied  in the past two decades. Effective home-school cooperation is not only conducive to homeschooling, but also plays an important role in promoting the healthy growth of

children, schools and parents. In recent two years，the cooperation between home and

school in Hangzhou primary school is developing steadily. However, there are problems such as unclear responsibilities, lack of expert guidance and ability, exploitation of social resources. Through the methods of literature research and questionnaire survey, investigates the cooperation between home and school in two different primary schools in Hangzhou, to understand the situation and deficiency. Findings show that they have strong awareness and content is abundant. But the cooperation is still full of problems. For the above reasons, this article investigates the present situation. And combine the excellent experience at home and abroad, schools, parents as well as education department to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of home-school cooperation.
