建筑施工的质量控制研究

对于圣元天地小区五栋高层建筑的施工,将三阶段控制法运用到其中,在事前对人、材料、机械等加以控制。


摘要:现如今,我国对于建筑施工质量控制与管理虽然有了长远的目标,但是依然有许多不足和不够完善的地方。

本论文在参考国内外相关建筑工程质量控制的研究成果及运用所学理论知识的基础上,先对论文的研究背景、意义、目的、内容、方法进行了阐述,并对国内外研究进行了分析。从分析中得出的结论是国内目前为止,对工程质量的管理还存在诸多问题,例如施工人员的质量意识还不够;材料不合格;管理人员和监理人员的监督管理水平还存在纰漏和马虎。相比之下国外,他们的管理更加严格,国外尤其重视工程质量,对工程中人、材料、机械等都做到严格控制,从而保证工程质量。

接着本文对建筑质量的相关理论进行了阐述,包括PDCA循环管理理论、质量零缺陷管理理论和全面质量管理理论。从影响因素的分析中,剖析了人、材、机、方法、环境等因素。随后探讨建筑工程施工质量控制的方式与措施,例如采取三阶段质量控制的方式,对每一个阶段的施工质量进行控制和管理,并采取提高全员的质量意识培训、加强材料质量管理等措施来对工程加以控制。

最后结合实际与理论对建筑工程施工阶段质量控制的案例进行了分析,将相关对策和控制方法运用到了上海圣元天地住宅小区的建设中,最后得出的结论是该工程小区的建设在运用论文中所提到的措施后,建筑质量得到了明显的控制和保障,并按要求保质保量的完成,且通过所有验收。

Research on quality control of architectural construction

Abstract: Nowadays, with the rapid development of the construction industry and the national demand for economic construction, more and more construction industry is emerging. Although China has long-term goals for architectural construction quality control and management, there are still many deficiencies and faultiness.

This thesis is based on the research results of relevant construction quality control at home and abroad and the theoretical knowledge applied. Firstly, the background, significance, purpose, content and method of the thesis are expounded, and it also analyzes the research at home and abroad. The conclusion drawn from the analysis is that there are still many problems in the management of project quality in China at present. For example, the quality awareness of construction workers is not enough; the materials are unqualified; the supervision and management level of managers and supervisors is flawed and sloppy. In comparison with foreign countries, their management is more rigorous, and foreign countries attach particular importance to the quality of the project. They strictly control people, materials, and machinery in the project to ensure project quality.

Then this thesis elaborates the related theory of building quality, including PDCA cycle management theory, quality zero defect management theory and total quality management theory. From the analysis of influencing factors, such as man, material, machine, method and environment are analyzed. Afterwards, it discusses the methods and measures for quality control of construction projects, such as adopting three-stage quality control methods, controlling and managing the construction quality at each phases, and adopting measures to improve the quality awareness of all employees and strengthen material quality management to control the project.

Finally, the case of quality control in the construction phase of the construction project was analyzed based on actual and theoretical conditions. The relevant countermeasures and control methods are applied to the construction of Shanghai Sheng Yuan Tian Di residential district, the conclusion is that after the construction of the project community was implemented using the measures mentioned in the paper, the construction quality was obviously controlled and guaranteed. And according to the requirements of the completion of quality and quantity, passed all acceptance.
