摘要:保险行业在我国发展速度较缓且起步较晚,在当今市场竞争激烈的环境下,中国保险企业因为加入WTO而拥有了一个能与外国企业同台竞争的好机会。随着市场竞争愈发激烈,企业逐渐把销售人员当作为企业发展的动力源。薪酬是一个企业在建设发展中最核心的问题,在提升一个企业的竞争力水平的过程中,企业的薪酬管理水平扮演了重要角色。而员工的薪酬满意度是抉择薪酬管理水平的重要指标。
本文以保险行业销售人员为研究目标,对薪酬满意度及其维度等相关理论进行归纳、整理及提取。并对目前Y保险公司销售员薪酬满意度现状进行研究调查,根据提取出的各维度进行现状分析,结合目前Y保险公司销售人员薪酬体系存在的问题,对企业薪酬体系进行改良与完善。

In this paper, we summarize, organize and extract the relevant theories of salary satisfaction and its dimensions. 保险作为金融业的重要支柱型产业,在金融领域中扮演着至关重要的角色。现今保险业市场竞争空前激烈,我国保险市场体系也不断被完善,保险运营主体疾速增加。保险公司营销人员的稳定程度与公司的整体发展日益密切相关,为了推动保险业的迅猛发展,企业的薪酬体系设计至关重要,为了确保企业的健康稳定发展,企业在薪酬体系建设上应遵循科学性原则。降低优秀人才的流失率、增强企业对优秀人才的吸引力、保证企业员工队伍的稳定性是企业在薪酬制度建设时必须面临和解决的问题。这个问题的核心作用是薪酬,薪酬不仅仅是个人价值的具体体现形式,也是衡量一个人在事业上是否有所成就的重要标准。[1]。
