摘要：为弥补传统医学模式中人文关怀的缺失，在肿瘤被纳入慢性病序列时，如何从身体、心灵与社会三方面，探索发展全人医学治疗模式逐渐成为各界特别是临床关注的焦点。医务社工作为跨学科团队中的一员，担任着重要的角色。本课题以在南京市某医院肿瘤病区的医务社工实习为基础，针对晚期乳腺癌患者的需求，基于正念减压的原理，以社工的团体工作方法为主要干预形式，对15名乳腺癌患者，展开为期5周10次的社会工作服务，并对身、心、社三方面成效进行研究分析，研判总结该模式的利弊得失，并进而探索针对晚期乳腺癌患者的社会工作本土化的干预模式，通过增进其社会支持，使晚期乳腺癌患者在实现身心状态平衡的同时，提升癌症晚期患者的生活质量和生命尊严。

Based on the principle of decompression and the principle of decompression, the group work method of social workers was the main intervention form.
