摘要：随着高校全方位育人理念的深化，大学生宿舍氛围建设也提到了一个新的层面，宿舍生活环境建设不断加强，这就要求我们把宿舍氛围及大学生的成长作为一个新的课题来研究。通过对文的阅读和对上海大学的调查，研究大学生宿舍氛围以及对于大学生成长的影响，具有重要的现实意义和价值。

首先，论文对大学生宿舍氛围进行了概述，阐明了大学生宿舍氛围所包含的内容。其次，论文对上海大学A、B宿舍氛围调查的基础上，对当前大学生宿舍氛围建设进行了详细的分析，指出了大学生宿舍氛围的形成存在的问题并剖析了其原因。最后，论文针对大学生宿舍氛围建设中存在的实际问题，在参考其他学者研究成果的基础上，从人际关系、宿舍文化建设、宿舍文化活动开展、等多个方面提出了一些合理化、可行性的对策。
