摘  要

小学教师有偿补课的盛行带来的危害是多方面的，它不仅影响小学教师的正常教学任务，有损小学教师和教育行业的形象，也造成了师生关系以及小学教师与家长关系的分裂，从长远角度对小学生的人生观和价值观的形成也会造成负面影响。小学教师有偿补课的原因是多方面的，除了部分教师对于更高收入的追求以外，制度不完善、规范不严格、家庭教育的缺乏、升学竞争的压力等也都助长了小学教师有偿补课的风气。因此，从法律规范的制度层面、家长与教师的联动层面、物质与精神的和谐层面以及促进教育机构的规范化等方面共同着手，治理小学教师有偿补课是非常必要的。
