首先当前奉贤区农民工主力仍为青壮年,同时具有低龄趋势,男女比例之间的差距在缩小,农名工务工前都受过一定程度的教育,具有良好的教育背景。
摘要:在过去的几十年中农民工为改变农村落后面貌,缩小城乡差距,推进改革开放深化及社会结构转型贡献出了自己的力量。提高农民工的就业数量一直以来都是政府工作的重心,但在提高其就业满意度方面却尚未取得长足的进展。基于此,本文以上海市奉贤区农民工为研究对象,综合运用描述性分析,因子分析,回归分析等具体方法深入分析和探讨农民工就业满意度及其影响因素。本次研究结果表明:在工作总体满意度上,选择不满意和非常不满意的人数占到了总调查人数的27%,选择一般的占比为12%,选择满意和非常满意的人数占到60%,这种构成比例反映出当前奉贤区农民工务工满意度相对较高。经过线性回归分析可以得出,人际关系因素,工作回报因素,居住环境因素对工作的总体满意度均产生了显著影响,其标准化系数分别达到0.534,0.284和0.093。所以在对总体满意程度的影响上,人际关系因素最大,工作回报因素次之,而居住环境因素最弱。现阶段为改善农民工就业满意度,政府要加强农民工权益的保障,建立健全职业培训制度,完善就业服务体系,加大在公共基础设施建设上的投资力度。同时企业应引入先进的管理理念,积极改善管理制度,主动关心农民工的精神生活,完善薪酬体系,积极参与到改善农民工生活条件中去。

Job satisfaction study of rural migrant worker - an example of Shanghai fengxian district
Abstract:The migrant workers group was born under the background of China's reform and opening up and developed rapidly in the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics. Increasing the number of migrant workers employed has always been the focus of the government's work, but there has not been much progress in improving their job satisfaction. Based on this, this paper takes Shanghai fengxian migrant workers as the research object, the integrated use of descriptive analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis and other methods in-depth analysis and discussion on migrant workers job satisfaction and its influencing factors. According to the research, in the overall satisfaction of the job, the number of respondents who chose not to be satisfied and very dissatisfied accounted for 27% of the total number of respondents, and the average proportion was 12%, and the number of people who chose to be satisfied and very satisfied accounted for 60%, which indicates that the majority of migrant workers in fengxian district are still satisfied with the current work situation. Through linear regression analysis, it can be concluded that the factors of interpersonal relationship, job return and living environment all have a significant impact on the overall satisfaction of work, with the standardized coefficients reaching 0.534, 0.284 and 0.093 respectively. Therefore, in terms of the overall satisfaction degree, interpersonal relationship factors are the most, the work reward factor is the second, and the living environment factor is the weakest. In order to improve the employment of migrant workers, the government needs to strengthen the protection of migrant workers, establish a sound vocational training system, improve the employment service system, and increase investment in public infrastructure. At the same time, enterprises should introduce advanced management concept, and actively improve the management system, take the initiative to care about the spiritual life of the migrant workers, perfect the compensation system, actively involved in to improve the living conditions of migrant workers.
