校园霸凌行为的社会工作分析

本研究将运用文献研究(参考国内外有关校园霸凌问题的研究历史和现状)、观察、访谈(面对面以及网络聊天)等方法,对被霸凌者(案主)进行个案介入,建立一对一的专业关系


摘    要:随着我国社会化进一步逐步加快,不可避免的是随之而来的社会问题,例如打乱社会良好秩序,危害学生及校园安全的校园霸凌问题便是其中之一。

纵观国内外学者对于校园霸凌的研究,多是以教育学和心理学为切入点对学校教育和学生心理等问题进行深层次探讨,却鲜有从社会工作专业领域出发进行研究。而社会工作作为一门新型的专业,以“助人自助”为专业理念,不同于医学或心理学更多关注生理和心理问题,社会工作偏向于探究人与环境的互动关系,所以分析问题将会更加全面;且社会工作专业方法技巧和理念,将会作为研究校园霸凌问题的理论基础,发现新的问题,提供新的视角。

本研究将运用文献研究(参考国内外有关校园霸凌问题的研究历史和现状)、观察、访谈(面对面以及网络聊天)等方法,对被霸凌者(案主)进行个案介入,建立一对一的专业关系,在案主自愿并积极配合的基础上进行专业的辅导,以期提高案主的自信心,养成积极健康的心态,发现并充分发挥自身的优势,最终走出困境;并在接案、预估、计划、介入、接案和评估的过程中探索校园霸凌问题屡次出现的原因,并针对原因提出对策。

With the gradual acceleration of socialization in our country, it is inevitable that the subsequent social problems, such as disturbing the good social order and the campus bullying that harms the safety of students and the campus, are one of them.

Looking at the academic research on campus bullying by scholars at home and abroad, pedagogy and psychology are the key points to discuss the issues of school education and student psychology in depth. However, there are few studies on social professional fields. Social work, as a new type of professional, is based on the concept of “helping people to help themselves”. Unlike medicine or psychology, it pays more attention to physiological and psychological problems. Social work tends to explore the interactive relationship between people and the environment. More comprehensive; and professional skills and ideas of social work methods will serve as the theoretical basis for the study of campus bullying problems, discover new problems, and provide new perspectives.

This study will use literature research (refer to the research history and current status of campus bullying issues at home and abroad), observations, interviews (face to face and web chat) and other methods to involve inpiduals who are being bullied (cases) in inpidual cases and establish a pair of A professional relationship is provided on the basis of the willingness and active cooperation of the client, with a view to enhancing the self-confidence of the client, developing an active and healthy mentality, discovering and giving full play to their own advantages, and finally getting out of the predicament; In the course of the case, estimation, planning, intervention, interview and evaluation, the reasons for the repeated occurrence of campus bullying problems were explored, and solutions were proposed for the reasons.
