B2C电商企业员工工作压力与睡眠质量调查研究

摘    要

   电商工作者工作时间长,工作压力大,熬夜,作息不规律,睡眠有问题,普遍处于亚健康状态。睡眠质量是反应健康水平的一项基础指标。目前对电商从业者的睡眠质量、工作压力与睡眠质量之间的关系研究较少。因此通过问卷来调查分析宁波市部分B2C电商企业员工的工作压力、睡眠质量现状及相关关系。给企业意见来缓解员工工作压力,助于改善他们的睡眠。

结果:(1)员工普遍20-25岁,本科学历,受教育程度良好,学习积极性较高,月平均收入不高,司龄小于1年,在企业中工作1年以上就能拉开较大收入差距。(2)员工普遍工作压力大,最希望提高自身的专业技能、知识水平,扩大升职空间,缩小工作与目标的差距。(3)不同年龄、司龄、婚姻、学历的员工在不同压力源上的压力值有显著性差异, 30岁以上员工的整体工作压力最大。(4)员工的睡眠质量一般,54.49%的员工认为自己睡眠效果差,有睡眠质量问题的人群较少使用药物改善睡眠。(5)工作压力与睡眠质量呈显著正相关(r=0.334),即工作压力会干扰睡眠质量。(6)各个工作压力源会都会通过引起入睡困难、睡觉期间易醒来的方式不同程度地干扰睡眠质量。(7)组织层级压力最易导致入睡困难、睡觉期间易醒来,并且对整体睡眠质量破坏程度最大。职业发展压力对整体睡眠质量干扰程度最小。对企业缓解员工工作压力的建议:(1)增加员工专业技能培训;(2)制定员工职业生涯规划;(3)通过企业文化、学习资源共享的方式强化工作中的学习氛围;(4)增强人文关怀。

Abstract : E-commerce workers work long hours, have great work pressure, stay up all night, work and rest irregularly, have problems sleeping, and are generally in a sub-health state. Sleep quality is a basic indicator of responsiveness to health. Currently, there are a few research on sleep quality of e-commerce practitioners , the relationship between sleep quality and work stress of e-commerce practitioners. Therefore, questionnaires were used to investigate and analyze the work stress, sleep quality status and related relationships of some B2C e-commerce companies in Ningbo. Give business advice to ease employee work stress and help improve their sleep.

The results showed that: (1) The employees are generally 20-25 years old and have a bachelor degree. They have good education and high enthusiasm for learning. Their working time in the company is less than 1 year. Their average monthly income is not high, but a large income gap can occur when working in a company for more than one year. (2) Employees are generally under heavy work pressure. They exceedingly hope to improve professional skills, enrich knowledge, expand career space, and narrow the gap between work and goals. (3) Employees of different ages, ages, marriages, and academic qualifications have significant differences in pressure values on different sources of stress. Employees over the age of 30 have the highest overall work stress. (4) The sleep quality of the employees was normal, 54.49% of employees thought they sleep poorly. And the people with sleep quality problems rarely use drugs to improve their sleep. (5) There was a significant positive correlation between work stress and sleep quality (r=0.334), indicating that work stress interferes with sleep quality. (6) Each source of work stress will interfere with sleep quality to varying degrees by causing difficulty falling asleep and being awake during sleep. (7) Organization-level stress is the most likely cause of difficulties in falling asleep, easy wake-up during sleep, and the greatest degree of damage to the overall quality of sleep. Career development pressure has minimal interference with overall sleep quality. Suggestions for Enterprises to Relieve Workers' Work Stress: (1) Increase staff professional skills training; (2) Develop staff career planning; (3) Strengthen learning atmosphere through corporate culture and learning resource sharing; (4) Enhance humanistic care.
