Problems and suggestions of Interactive Electronic whiteboard in Primary Mathematics

——A preliminary understanding of the Angle in Grade two: a lesson as an example

Absrtact: As a new type of teaching medium, interactive electronic whiteboard has been widely introduced into the classroom of primary school students. It has changed the traditional teaching method and increased the students' interest in learning. In order to better understand the current situation of the application of interactive electronic whiteboard in mathematics teaching in primary school, the present study adopts the method of observation and interview to take the classroom teaching of one lesson "Angle of understanding" as the object. It is found that the following problems exist in the application of interactive electronic whiteboard in mathematics teaching in primary school: teachers have not experienced systematic and comprehensive training, the function of electronic whiteboard has not been fully understood, and the number of use needs to be improved. Teachers on interactive electronic whiteboard in teaching There is no very clear understanding; low utilization of resources and supporting resources are not rich enough. Finally, based on the literature analysis, the countermeasures to promote the application of interactive electronic whiteboard in mathematics teaching in primary school are put forward.

2010年，教育部在颁布的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020）》中将教育信息化上升为国家战略，明确提出：“信息技术对教育发展具有性影响，必须给予高度重视[1]”。社会在进步，科技在发展，人们越来越重视对教育的影响，电子白板是有很多传统的多媒体达不到的功能，一方面为教师的教学提供方便，另有一面提高了学生的学习动机和兴趣，课堂以学生为主，给整个课堂增添了活力[2]。首都师范大学的丁兴富教授曾经提出：课堂面授教学信息化需要特殊综合技术，交互电子白板正是这种解决方案，它定将成为课堂教学信息化的首选，并很快发展成为课堂信息化教学的主流技术[3]。

随着社会和科技的不断发展，以及在各级教育部门的大力支持、推动下，在我国的大多数地区，投影和计算机的结合已经成为教师日常教学的基本手段，多媒体的教学方式可以给学生们带来新鲜感以及图像上的优势，让老师们的备课也变得更加便捷和生动丰富，所以一经推广出来就受到了广大师生的喜爱。但是随着多媒体的引入，有些学校的学生成绩并没有提高多少，教师在进行教学活动的时候只顾着操作键盘和鼠标，忽略了学生的主体地位，降低了学生的学习兴趣。有的教师用多媒体完全代替课本和板书，把教学作为主要的课程目标，没有把学生的主体地位放在第一位，这些都说明传统式的多媒体教学存在一定的问题，但是交互式电子白板的功能性、灵活性都比较强，是一种新型的教学媒介被广泛地引进了小学生的课堂。

一个完美课程的呈现是由教师和学生共同完成的，教学活动是教师和学生积极参加、积极互动、共同促进发展的过程，交互式电子白板在课堂教学中的应用是比较灵活地，既可以书写文字也可以播放大量的图片，而且可以转换笔的颜色和粗细，为板书的设计也增添了色彩，还可以任意修改、标注，强大的记忆和储存功能为学生的复习和巩固打下了基础。在小学生的数学课堂中引入交互式电子白板可以增加教师和学生的互动参与情况，提高课堂教学的效率。

时代在发展，社会在进步，教学实践也在不断改进，在本世纪初，国内逐步引入交互式电子白板，目前，我国在电子白板的研究是电子白板在技术层面的开发以及在教学应用中的探索和交互式电子白板在教学的案例研究和实验研究[4]。上世纪末，世界上的第一块交互式电子白板产生在加拿大。它推动了课堂教学的革新，原教育部长查理斯克拉克激励推广多媒体在教学中的应用，他多次强调“交互式电子白板能够支持教师对所有学生实施富有激情的、引人入胜的教学[5]”,在英国政府的高度重视和推动下，在2007年底，多媒体在应该中小学课堂的普及率已经达到了98%以上[6]。英国教育部为了能够提高学生的学习成绩和小学教育水平，承诺将在每个教师配备一套此设备供教师使用。
